- How much does In A Tick cost?
- Pricing is per seat, per month, billed in Australian dollars. Standard is $4 per seat and Premium is $8 per seat — no modules to buy, no per-region fees and no seat minimums. During early access everything is free while we finish building out billing.
- What is free during early access?
- Everything. Anyone can sign up today and use the full product — every plan, every feature — at no cost. Billing is switched off until we exit early access, and we will email you before it turns on so nothing starts charging by surprise.
- What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
- Standard covers the whole timesheet lifecycle: time tracking, the no-code overtime engine, approvals with delegation, payroll-ready CSV export and a full audit trail. Premium adds AI-powered actions, SAML single sign-on, the REST API and webhooks, payroll integrations, public holiday sync and custom CSV column mapping.
- How are add-ons priced?
- SAML single sign-on and a payroll integration are $49 AUD per month each as standalone add-ons for Standard. Both are already bundled into Premium — so for teams of more than about a dozen seats, Premium usually costs less than Standard plus a single add-on.
- Is there a minimum team size or contract?
- No. Billing is per active seat with no minimum and no annual lock-in — you pay for the people using it, month to month. Add or remove seats as your team changes and the next invoice follows.
- How is tax handled?
- All prices exclude GST. Tax is calculated and itemised at checkout based on where your business is registered, so you always see the exact amount before anything is charged.
